Parent Portal Instructions
The Parent Portal is broken down into 3 sections (Pages):
1.- Choir Calendar page. This calendar includes ALL events and rehearsals. It is important to look at this calendar only. Do not use the Up Coming Events in the Home Page since it will only show limited information, and in some cases, the event might not be listed (private performances are not meant for the general public and therefore will not be listed in the Home Page). The Parent Portal Calendar is constantly being updated. Please use this along with the TCC Weekly email to keep up with the latest and greatest.
2.- Choir Documents page. This section will contain important documents such as the Choir Handbook and the Choir Directory among others. When trips are planned for the current choir season, you will also find all the important documents related to the scheduled trip such as payment schedules, travel itineraries, etc.
3.- Our Singers page. Here you will find the pictures and names of all our singers. As a member of the TCC family it is important to learn and know all of our singers. Please remember that these pages are restricted to choir family members. It is important to know that you can only enter these pages upon approval/invitation only. Please do not share your Login ID and or password and make sure you use a password that cannot be easily broken. (for example, do not use : password, password1, etc).
